Summer Series: "Ordinary People. Extraordinary God"

Over the summer, we will be delving into a series that looks directly into the lives of ordinary people throughout the Bible that God has used in extraordinary ways. People such as John the Baptist, Ruth, Obadiah, Paul, and even the midwives from Exodus chapter 1 will be discussed to show that God can do great things through His people. What is amazing though, is that God still does this today! From June 30 to September 8, we invite you to join us on Sunday’s at 10:30 as we venture through this series, “Ordinary People. Extraordinary God” and unpack how God uses ordinary people in extraordinary ways!

Thessalonians: Faith in Uncertain Times

In a world filled with death, war, and evil, how are we to face what feels like an unknowable future? What do we do with our anxiety regarding the days ahead? This series is based on the books of 1 and 2 Thessalonians, and provides comfort and reassurance to those living in uncertain times. These letters discuss the future of Christ’s Second Coming, and what believers should do while awaiting his return. Paul encourages believers to be prepared, to cling to the truth of what they have been taught, and to live responsibly in light of the future. How can we take these words to heart, and face the future without fear?

March 2024 Sermon Series

This five-week sermon series will cover the last week of Lent - often referred to as Holy Week - on the church calendar.  The church calendar invites us into a different sort of spirituality, one in which we sync our lives up with the rhythm of Jesus's life. This is most true of Holy Week. From Palm Sunday on, we walk with Jesus into Jerusalem, to Golgotha, and finally to see His empty tomb.

You (Don't) Complete me Sermon Series
