The Coldest Night of the Year
On Sat. Feb. 21st, The Bridge is partnering with The Lighthouse and together, they are participating in the Coldest Night of the Year, a fantastically fun winter walkathon fundraiser. They’re looking to enlist 40 teams to recruit participants and raise funds. It involves copious amounts of fun, a little bit of shivering, and feeling awesome (at the end of course, a hot cup of cocoa and a tasty bowl of chili). If anyone would be interested we have a team leader - Sandy, who is doing a 2km walk - meet at the registration table (the lighthouse on 20th and 2nd ave) at 4:30 and walk the 2km with her at 5:00 pm! - All the details are on the website --- just click the link on the next line.
Join or donate online HERE .
See the links bottom of the page for both of these organizations!
